Creating a safe and welcoming space for the LGBT community and its allies to gather.

Rainbow Rising is an outreach of the Unitarian Universalist Congregation of Smithton (UUCS).  Our goal is to provide Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and Transgendered individuals and Allies in Westmoreland County and the surrounding areas a safe place to gather.

Rainbow Rising meets the 1st and 3rd Fridays of each month.  Participants engage in a number of activities that include group outings, game and movie nights, group discussion nights, and live entertainment.
